The load is delivered and the money is stuck behind one photograph. What arrives gets read for the two fields billing actually turns on: whether the signature is legible enough to survive a dispute, and whether the delivery date printed on the receipt matches the appointment, since that date starts the payment clock and a misread one ages the receivable quietly. The honest read reports its confidence rather than asserting a date it half saw.
